Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Survey Manager to lead our survey team in the Midwest Region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, survey operations, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct survey technical staff in conducting land surveys and preparing survey deliverables.
  • Ensure project success through quality, budget, and schedule management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Implement QA/QC practices for final survey deliverables.
  • Develop fees and write and review proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (Registered in Indiana).
  • 5-10 years of project management experience.
  • Desire and ability to obtain licensure in additional states.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Complex problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
