Gentiva Personal Care is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality care for our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager and Staffing Manager to resolve client concerns, prevent unnecessary discharges, and aid in customer retention.
- Document all client communications in Matrix, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Communicate with clients and responsible parties to coordinate service plans and introduce new Personal Care Assistants for schedule changes.
- Develop and implement client appreciation efforts, including sending birthday, vacation, and sympathy cards, as well as recognizing clients of the month.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two years of previous office experience and knowledge of filing.
- Two to five years of customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Matrix and familiarity with State and Federal laws pertaining to the industry, as well as labor laws.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Extensive telephone use required; local car travel also required.
- Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
