Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care and service to our clients, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality assurance of services provided in the client care setting
  • Act as a point of contact for customer service for clients
  • Communicate with clients and responsible parties for coordination of service plans
  • Document all client communications in Matrix
  • Collaborate with Branch and Staffing Manager/s to resolve client concerns and prevent unnecessary discharges
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred
  • Two years previous office experience and knowledge of filing
  • Two to five years customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Matrix
  • Familiar with State and Federal laws pertaining to the industry as well as labor laws
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Extensive telephone use required
  • Local car travel required
  • Must read, write, and speak fluent English
