We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team at Smart AutoCare, a fast-growing automotive warranty administrative company based in Richardson, Texas. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization, providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong active listening and verbal-communication skills, proficiency in problem-solving, time management and attention to detail, and expertise in conflict resolution. A high school degree or equivalent is required, but prior experience in the automotive industry is not necessary as we offer on-the-job training.

In this role, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. You will also provide information about products and services, explain new features, evaluate problems and complaints, research answers, and provide solutions. Additionally, you will maintain ownership of calls throughout the life-cycle of a caller's request, including follow-ups with the escalation team.

This position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus amazing benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, and a day off for your birthday.
