Job Summary
This is a dynamic role that involves assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and policy changes in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for providing accurate information regarding insurance products and services, processing policy applications, renewals, and cancellations, and resolving customer issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and policy changes via phone, email, or in-person.

- Handle billing and payment inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and industry trends.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
