Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR plans, aligned with our business objectives.
- Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the timely hiring of top talent for our clients.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Create and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and stay updated on changes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of ten years of progressive HR experience, including at least three years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization.
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection, including interviewing and talent assessment.
- Professional HR certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
