As a candidate for the Sales Associate Leader position, we seek individuals who excel in customer service, product presentation, and merchandising. You should possess strong communication skills, be a collaborative team member, and have the ability to inspire others to express their individuality. Your responsibilities will include driving sales through effective coaching and accountability while maintaining brand standards.

In this role, flexibility is essential, as you will be expected to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate business needs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Enhancing business performance by implementing sales strategies and improving key metrics
  • Serving as a communication bridge between the Boutique Leadership Team and associates
  • Accurately assigning tasks and ensuring their completion

People Development:

  • Foster trusting relationships within the team
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Leverage company resources to facilitate team growth
  • Exhibit personal integrity and motivate others to do the same

Customer Engagement and Visual Presentation:

  • Meet customer interaction expectations
  • Promote a proactive sales culture
  • Uphold attractive visual merchandising standards

Operational Expertise:

  • Consistently apply company policies
  • Manage boutique opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure security and protection of assets

Physical Demands:

  • Navigate the sales floor and stockroom efficiently
  • Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
  • Able to lift items weighing up to 35 lbs
