As a Sales Associate Leader, we seek individuals who are passionate about customer service, product presentation, and merchandising. You should possess strong communication skills, be a collaborative team player, and have the ability to inspire others to express their true selves. Your responsibilities will include driving sales through effective coaching and accountability while maintaining our brand's high standards.

Flexibility is key in this role, as you will be expected to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance business performance by implementing sales strategies and improving key metrics
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the Boutique Leadership Team and the associates
  • Accurately assign tasks and ensure their completion

People Development:

  • Foster trusting relationships within the team
  • Mentor and nurture team members' growth
  • Leverage company resources to support team development
  • Exhibit personal integrity and motivate others to uphold the same values

Customer Engagement and Merchandising:

  • Meet and exceed guest engagement standards
  • Promote a proactive selling culture
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards

Operational Expertise:

  • Consistently apply company policies
  • Manage boutique opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure security and protection of boutique assets

Physical Demands:

  • Effectively navigate the sales floor and stockroom
  • Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks
  • Able to lift items weighing up to 35 lbs
