Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, sharing your knowledge of our products, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be knowledgeable about all products and services offered by Palmetto Moon and share that knowledge with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to meet individual and store objectives.
  • Replenish sales floor as needed to maximize customer shopability.
  • Maintain a high level of visibility on the selling floor to enhance the customer experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale procedures.
  • Effectively handle multiple customers and communicate effectively with associates and management.
  • Pack and prepare customer merchandise for purchase.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and providing excellent customer service.
  • Be dependable and flexible with scheduled shifts.
  • Be willing to learn and take direction.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Meet physical requirements, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
