Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Client Services and Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client data, providing essential support to Account Directors, and collaborating closely with our Client Success (CSX) and Operations Teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all client interactions and communications.
- Provide support to Account Directors, including data analysis and insights to inform decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the CSX and Operations Teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, vendor setup, billing, and invoicing.
- Process SellCheck reports, including assessing client inputs, assigning report responsibilities, tracking milestones, and finalizing database entries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries and requests from internal and external clients.
- Proven experience in similar roles, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including copy editing.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management systems is desired.
