POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Training Program Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the training achievements of production personnel by issuing, documenting, and analyzing the completion of training records related to operational work instructions and protocols. This role also encompasses conducting introductory training sessions for newly hired employees. The Training Program Manager is responsible for the execution, reporting, and ongoing enhancement of the training initiatives at Cirtec Medical. This position will evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and strive to improve workforce training methodologies. Additionally, the Training Program Manager will facilitate and oversee the onboarding training programs for new employees, while also supporting activities related to the management of Documents and Records maintained by Cirtec Medical.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Issue training documentation as necessary for production personnel.
  • Conduct classroom-based orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Document and track all training programs along with participants' progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to ensure the training curriculum is effective.
  • Maintain comprehensive records for each employee engaged in the training process.
  • Assist in the development of written procedures and training materials.
  • Set and monitor goals and deadlines while providing real-time feedback on team performance.
  • Communicate team performance regularly to employees and management, facilitating constructive feedback.
  • Participate in teams focused on enhancing safety, quality, and reliability in the workplace, as well as initiatives aimed at cost savings and team building.
  • Understand and convey all written procedures and policies to team members.
  • Promote good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and ensure compliance with clean room requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to safety guidelines at all times.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation to continuously optimize job performance and effectively address problems as they arise.
  • Assess risks and seek appropriate assistance from supervisors when necessary.
  • Encourage compliance with all safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Adhere to company standards regarding quality and safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This role primarily involves working in an office setting with occasional visits to the production area. The typical noise level in the work environment is moderate. The characteristics of the work environment described here are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.
