Position Details:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Permanent Construction Superintendent to become part of our vibrant team.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your skills in overseeing construction projects across the Commercial, Industrial, and Educational sectors.

Your role will encompass managing all facets of the construction process, from initial planning through to project completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and finalization.
  • Supervise onsite operations, including scheduling, engineering, material management, and daily site activities.
  • Ensure all construction tasks comply with project specifications and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
  • Guarantee adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and safety protocols.
  • Address and resolve any issues, conflicts, or discrepancies that arise during the construction process.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules, providing updates and progress reports to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing proper safety regulations and practices.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Construction Superintendent role or similar position within the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated experience managing construction projects in the Commercial, Industrial, and Educational fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project management principles.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in construction management software.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Certification as a Construction Superintendent or in a relevant area is advantageous.
