Key Responsibilities- Establish strong relationships with customers and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain a well-organized and equipped office environment that supports successful customer interactions and marketing efforts.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience in customer service required.
- Experience in managing customer service and sales preferred.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with others to achieve agency goals.
- Possess problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life and Health License.
