Hertz is seeking a CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AMBASSADOR to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and foster a positive brand experience.

About the Role:

The Customer Experience Ambassador is responsible for delivering above-and-beyond customer service, creating a culture of empowerment among employees to provide excellent customer experiences. This role involves handling customer issues promptly, analyzing Net Promoter Score (NPS) results, and implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-contact resolution and handle customer interactions with professionalism and hospitality
  • Analyze NPS results to identify causes and develop plans to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with employees to understand customer needs and provide coaching and feedback when necessary
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures among staff

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, operations, and sales
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Salary:

$17.50 hourly
