About the Opportunity:

The Administrative Operations Specialist will report directly to the President and play a crucial role in facilitating the corporate office's functions. This position involves generating reports, entering data into spreadsheets, compiling information, and performing various general office duties. The role demands precision and organization to meet established deadlines. Interaction with multiple departments to gather reports and resolve discrepancies is essential, necessitating strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide data entry assistance to the Operations Analytics Manager.
  • Aid in the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Support the daily management and reporting related to vessel operations.
  • Maintain organized files and records; process information according to set protocols.
  • Oversee weekly performance reports concerning ferry operations, including ridership and upcoming projects.
  • Collect and analyze data related to operational services.
  • Execute various office tasks to support transit operations, including tracking systems and reporting.
  • Understand and adhere to internal policies and external regulations relevant to the role.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays may be necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
