Position Overview

This role focuses on upholding a pristine facility, executing general cleaning and organizational duties, managing laundry requirements, and ensuring the spa is well-stocked with fresh linens, robes, and other necessities.

Key Responsibilities
As a Spa Services Support Specialist, you will undertake a variety of housekeeping tasks, including:

  • Managing laundry processes such as sorting, washing, drying, and folding.
  • Conducting thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, and furniture.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in treatment rooms and public areas.
  • Restocking supplies like paper towels and hand soap.
  • Monitoring and reporting maintenance needs.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is organized and capable of following instructions effectively. Candidates should be physically fit, able to stand for extended periods, and comfortable with bending, stretching, and walking throughout their shifts.

Qualifications
While previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directives.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Good stamina for prolonged periods of walking and standing.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Organizational Structure
This role reports directly to the department supervisor or Spa Director.

Compensation
