Job Summary

David Samuel - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Assistant Office Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate customer service, and using a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.

Requirements:

  • Property and Casualty License
  • Experience in managing customer service
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
