The North Face is seeking a highly skilled Color Developer to join our Materials team. As a Color Developer, you will work closely with the Color Quality Team and the Color Design Team to support the brand's seasonal color needs. The ideal candidate has experience with color calibrated printing, color science, and/or textile product dyeing and finishing. They should also be proficient with spectrophotometer operation and related data-management skills. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of the Adobe CC suite and MS Office skills. The Color Developer will be responsible for developing global seasonal color palettes, creating and maintaining seasonal color-calibrated .ase files, and managing color feasibility, restricted approval, and consistency across multiple substrates. They will also support the Design community's ability to achieve their aesthetic vision for our products through educational seminars and/or services. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to excel at creative problem solving, communication, and collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop global seasonal color palettes for apparel, equipment, and footwear
* Create and maintain seasonal color-calibrated .ase files and corresponding Design tools
* Manage and communicate color feasibility, restricted approval, and consistency across multiple substrates
* Support the Design community's ability to achieve their aesthetic vision for our products through educational seminars and/or services

**Requirements:**

* 3-5 years of experience in Color Development, Design, or Graphic Design
* Experience with color calibrated printing, color science, and/or textile product dyeing and finishing
* Proficient with spectrophotometer operation and related data-management skills
* Strong understanding of the Adobe CC suite and MS Office skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to excel at creative problem solving, communication, and collaboration
