Join Our Team as a Behavior Consultant

Achieving True Self is a dynamic organization dedicated to delivering evidence-based treatment to individuals, families, and communities. We are seeking a skilled Behavior Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of cultivating growth and inspiring self-defined goals.

About the Role

As a Behavior Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing ABA treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our team members. You will work closely with our clients and their families to create a supportive environment that fosters skill transfer and progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and reassessment evidence-based assessments
  • Design and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Facilitate skill transfer to all caregivers
  • Maintain and complete data collection and treatment records
  • Emphasize individual motivation and engagement to create a space for ongoing progress
Requirements
  • PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist AND 1 of the following: BCaBA/BCBA Certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and 12 credits in ABA
  • Minimum of 1 year full-time experience providing ABA under the supervision of a BCBA, AND 40 hours of ABA training
