Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Clarvida. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one services to children and adolescents between the ages of 2-21 who are experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges.
Working closely with our Behavioral Consultant, you will help improve the independent functioning of our clients, enabling them to reach levels that require less or no service intervention. Your daily interactions will involve traveling to clients' homes, schools, or service locations to deliver behavioral and treatment interventions, while also providing support to parents and adult professionals.
Key responsibilities include setting boundaries with clients and their families to prevent dependency on your services, while also educating and training parents and young adults to utilize these skills. You will provide positive reinforcement and culturally aware and competent service provision.
