Front Desk Executive
About the Role:This is a key position that requires a highly motivated and organized individual to manage the front desk and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Reception Duties:
- Receive and greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence as needed.
- Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Create and manage appointment schedules for tax preparation services.
- Coordinate with clients and staff members to ensure timely appointments and meetings.
- Client Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information and appointment history.
- Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
