Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer expert advice on Enterprise Asset Management strategies.
  • Identify, propose, and implement industry-leading practices, methodologies, and technologies to enhance system performance.
  • Support the maintenance of IBM's Maximo, ensuring a stable platform for all users.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities to minimize manual data entry and improve efficiency.
  • Provide technical and business-level support, resolving incidents and assisting the Maximo user community.
  • Maintain and improve the functionality, reliability, and security of the Maximo application and its associated databases.
  • Implement best practices and refine existing Maximo workflows for effective work management and logistics.
  • Oversee validation and testing of deliverables in line with approved processes.
  • Conduct installations, customizations, and design modifications for software and hardware products.
  • Support a diverse range of customers as part of a complex team involving multiple contractors and government personnel.
  • Write SQL scripts to address various customer support and Maximo development needs.
  • Develop and manage queries, ad hoc reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor data quality and health across the front-end database.
  • Manage the RedHat OpenShift cluster platform utilized for hosting the Maximo Application.

Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 9 years of relevant expertise. Proficiency in Maximo development and maintenance, including TRM rules, automation scripting, BIRT Reports Development, and work order reports. Familiarity with JavaScript and SQL server is essential. Must possess DoD M compliance and IAT II certification. Extensive knowledge of Maximo is required.

Maximo Expertise:
Must be adept with the latest Maximo versions and capable of working across all modules, including Work Order Management, Asset Management, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Configuration, Scripting, Report Development, and Maximo Interfaces with other systems like ERP.

Preferred Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 4 or more years of relevant experience.

Security Clearance Requirements:
An active and current TS clearance with SCI eligibility is necessary.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time. This position involves occasional movement within the office to access files and equipment. Regular operation of a computer and other office machinery is required. Frequent communication with colleagues, management, and customers is essential, which may include delivering presentations. Accurate information exchange is critical in these interactions.
