Role Summary:

We are in search of a skilled IT Support Technician to provide comprehensive support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve technical inquiries from both internal and external clients, offering support and training to end users, including high-profile individuals.
  • Investigate, analyze, and rectify technical challenges; escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Set up and configure peripheral devices such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and storage drives.
  • Install and configure operating systems and applications on both Windows and Mac platforms.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer requests and ensure timely follow-up using Service Now.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and user-related issues, recommending procedural improvements when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient understanding of computer hardware, including various brands of desktops and laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Experience with desktop operating systems, including various versions of Windows.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also demonstrating independence and initiative.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities, emphasizing relationship-building and effective listening.
  • Proficient documentation skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as A+, MCSE, or MCP in current Microsoft technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Professional software.
  • Experience with Citrix and Cisco VPN support.
  • Extensive experience with SharePoint.
  • Proven track record in mentoring junior technical staff.
