Position Overview

- Manage and support conference room technology for both internal and external meetings.
- Provide assistance with various conferencing platforms, including WebEx, Zoom, and Teams, ensuring optimal utilization of these tools.
- Address and resolve hardware-related technical issues, such as cable connections, while delivering exceptional customer service to non-technical users.
- Balance multiple requests efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service.
- Offer Helpdesk support and contribute to various IT projects as needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
