As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Match purchase orders and receipts to invoices, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Verify supplier information and update records as needed
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain an electronic filing system for financial information and records
  • Train and mentor junior team members as needed
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
