Job Overview

The Accounts Payable Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's financial transactions. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills to manage and process payments, invoices, and expenses in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile payment cycles, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
Requirements
  • 5 years of prior accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Advanced written comprehension and expression skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
