Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at Famous Toastery in Cary. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meats, vegetables, and desserts
  • Ensure that all food is fresh and of high quality
  • Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Present dishes in an attractive and appealing manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes
  • Handle and store ingredients and food safely
  • Monitor station inventory levels and report any discrepancies
  • Accommodate guests' special requests and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment
  • Food safety certification is a plus
