This position is responsible for overseeing the patient relations team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of patient complaints and grievances. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support Patient Relations Representatives to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Monitor patient complaint and grievance processes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Risk and Quality Departments to develop and implement strategies for improving patient experience.
  • Develop and maintain resources, policies, and procedures to support patient-centered care.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on patient relations and patient experience, providing guidance and support to hospital staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a college or university.
  • Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in Patient Relations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including complaint management and conflict resolution.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.
