Key Qualifications:

  • Current CNA certification is required.
  • Experience in hospice care is preferred.
  • Must demonstrate a compassionate demeanor towards patients and their families.
  • Ability to comprehend and execute written instructions and document care provided.
  • Current CPR certification is necessary.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable, insured vehicle.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care, including bathing, grooming, and changing bed linens.
  • Assisting patients with dressing and undressing.
  • Planning and preparing nutritious meals, including grocery shopping.
  • Supporting patients during meal times.
  • Monitoring and caring for patients' skin to prevent any tissue breakdown.
  • Communicating any changes in patients' conditions to the Case Manager.
