Cortica is seeking an experienced Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Clinical Supervisor to lead our team of professionals in providing high-quality care to children with neurodevelopmental differences. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee clinical programming, provide direct support to therapy clients and staff, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical plans in accordance with Cortica's model and industry standards
- Provide direct supervision and support to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Supervisors
- Ensure quality clinical care, meeting productivity expectations and minimum supervisory hours
- Participate in insurance authorization reviews and department meetings
- Lead by example, embodying Cortica's core values and promoting a culture of excellence
- Master's degree in a Human Services or related field
- Current and unrestricted license/certification to practice in your clinical domain
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism and knowledge of ABA practices
- Field work experience, collaborating with cross-disciplinary agencies, and proficiency in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products

The base pay range for this opening is $72,977 to $91,222, based on your skill level, relevant experience, education level, and location. We value your experience and are proud to provide a compensation and benefits package designed to enhance all aspects of your life.
