About the Role

Cortica is seeking an experienced Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Clinical Supervisor to lead our team of professionals in providing high-quality care to children with neurodevelopmental differences. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee clinical programming, provide direct support to therapy clients and staff, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical plans in accordance with Cortica's model and industry standards
  • Provide direct supervision and support to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Supervisors
  • Ensure quality clinical care, meeting productivity expectations and minimum supervisory hours
  • Participate in insurance authorization reviews and department meetings
  • Lead by example, embodying Cortica's core values and promoting a culture of excellence
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a Human Services or related field
  • Current and unrestricted license/certification to practice in your clinical domain
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism and knowledge of ABA practices
  • Field work experience, collaborating with cross-disciplinary agencies, and proficiency in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products
