Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at HANDS Center. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in transforming lives through evidence-based practices and personalized care. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and skill evaluations, designing tailored ABA treatment plans, and supervising and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses and skill-based assessments
  • Design and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and behavior analytic research literature
  • Supervise and train Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and other responsible parties
  • Collect and graph data using technological programs, such as Microsoft Excel or behavioral software
  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients and adhere to ethical standards of insurance billing practices

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or national equivalent in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of study
  • Dual licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (or Licensed Psychologist) in the state of North Carolina
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification
  • Eligibility to be credentialed with commercial insurance plans
