Behavior Therapist for Autism Support

Bright Achievements is a leading provider of home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services in New Jersey. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA therapist to join our team and provide high-quality services to children with autism under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy principles and teaching procedures
- Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy services to children with autism
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and supervisors
- Stay up-to-date with professional development trainings and best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Preferred Registered Behavior Technician certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Previous experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A minimum of six months experience with ABA therapy, working with children with Autism
