Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Penn Community Bank. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive image of the Bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required forms are completed properly.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers with complex customer service issues and questions, coordinate with all areas of the organization to provide timely resolution to all customer requests.
  • Product Promotion: Promote a positive image of the Bank by identifying customer financial needs and proactively recommending appropriate Bank products and services.
  • Account Management: Open personal and business accounts using a Bank computer system and other related third-party systems.
  • Relationship Building: Participate in new customer relationship onboarding calls and prescribed network-wide outbound call campaigns.
  • Work Organization: Organize work to facilitate a timely and accurate balancing of transactions at the end of the day while maintaining appropriate cash levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service while exhibiting a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Documentation: Utilize the customer relationship management system to document customer conversations and send referrals to other departments.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous banking experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to interact well with Team Members and customers, strong attention to detail and accuracy, basic computer skills, and ability to multi-task and remain organized.
