About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at First Coast Energy. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and processing customer transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately scan and process customer transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock merchandise, and perform housekeeping tasks as needed.
  • Food Service: Prepare and maintain foodservice products and coffees, and ensure that all food and beverage products are displayed and stocked in a visually appealing manner.
Requirements
  • Age: 18 years or older
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, including the ability to hear, speak, read, and write
  • Physical Abilities: Safely lift 55 pounds, stand and walk for 8 consecutive hours, and perform other physical tasks as required
  • Teamwork and Customer Service: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
