Job Summary
ESTRELLA INSURANCE #126 is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our insurance policyholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our insurance products and services.
- Policy Review and Changes: Review customer policies, make changes as needed, and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communication: Answer inbound and outbound calls, respond to written and electronic communications, and maintain clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues.
- Data Entry and Administration: Input data accurately and efficiently, process paperwork, and maintain organized records.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with peers and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
