Job Overview

As a Care Service Coordinator at Home Instead Senior Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling care services, building strong relationships with clients and caregivers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule care services to meet client needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional care and support.
  • Monitor and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the delivery of care services.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager and franchise owner to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and development.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in home care or a related field, with knowledge of the elder care industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting changing demands.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $20-$23 per hour based on qualifications and experience, plus performance incentive pay.
