**About Us**

Little is a dynamic, growing international multi-disciplinary design firm dedicated to creating innovative solutions through collaboration. Our mission is to elevate the performance of our clients and improve their future through sustainable and regenerative design.

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical EIT for our Durham, NC office. As part of our engineering team, you will collaborate with architects and other engineers on various projects, including civic/government, financial services, retail, high tech/R&D, healthcare, office, interior renovation, higher education, and education projects.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Curiosity and creativity in problem-solving and critical thinking
  • A strong proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD a plus) to generate construction documents
  • Knowledge of building and mechanical/plumbing codes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
