Production Assembly Specialist

Katalyst Healthcares and Life Sciences is seeking a skilled Production Assembly Specialist to perform various production processes in assembling finished products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform multiple production tasks, including wiring, component installation, cable assembly, and unit assembly.
- Assemble fabricated parts at designated stations as required.
- Evaluate dimensional specifications on assigned products to ensure conformance to product specifications.
- Conduct functional testing and quality assurance audits as part of production activities.
- Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
- Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary.
- Support engineers and design teams with design, test, fabrication, modification, and assembly of electromechanical systems.
- Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and pneumatic schematics.
- Ability to work from charts, diagrams, drafts, or written/verbal descriptions.
- Understanding of MPIs, prints, and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of basic hand tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workload.
- Team player with multi-tasking and time-management skills.
- Availability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
The estimated salary for this position is $48,500 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
