Join Our Team as a Facility Maintenance Training Specialist

At Clean Harbors, we are passionate about building a safer and cleaner environment. We are currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Training Specialist to lead and educate a dedicated team in the maintenance and repair of various industrial equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring the operational efficiency of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for team members on maintenance practices for pumps, valves, hydraulic systems, and tank lines.
  • Oversee hands-on maintenance tasks, including pump rebuilds, preventative maintenance, and basic electrical installations.
  • Perform essential repairs and upkeep in welding, electrical, pipe-fitting, and mechanical disciplines.
  • Operate forklifts and other machinery as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols by adhering to all relevant SOPs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven management, training, and leadership experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant industrial experience.
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance, installations, welding, electrical work, pipe-fitting, and heavy equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid US driver's license is required.
