Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, providing expertise and guidance throughout the implementation process
  • Assist in system configuration, testing, and deployment activities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze existing processes, and identify areas for improvement
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional/technical requirements, to deliver information technology solutions
  • Analyze complex datasets, perform data mapping, and develop meaningful insights to support decision-making processes
  • Create and deliver comprehensive reports, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
  • Support organizational change initiatives by facilitating communication, training, and user adoption activities
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities
Requirements:
  • 4-year University / College Degree and significant technical / business certifications
  • Five or more years' experience in Information Technology
  • Solid knowledge of business and ERP processes in a complex manufacturing environment
  • Prior experience with SAP or Infor Visual ERP, a plus
  • Experience in handling business processes for manufacturing, finance & Supply chain
  • Proficient in IT life-cycle management methodologies, including design, development, testing, project management and change management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrate effective decision-making and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in analyzing and documenting complex business processes
