Job Summary:

Office Pride is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Area Manager to join our team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, delivering supplies, and reporting maintenance issues to your supervisor. You will also work effectively with other team members, train new employees, and attend weekly staff meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality cleaning services
Deliver supplies to clients and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor
Work effectively with other team members to achieve common goals
Train new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
Attend weekly staff meetings to stay informed and provide feedback

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and as a team member
Must care about quality and be detail-oriented
Must be reliable and able to lift 35 lbs
Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be an all-around good communicator with a good attitude
Must have a smartphone
