Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns to drive sales and growth
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts to ensure accurate planning
  • Manage and track all leads to ensure timely follow-up and conversion
  • Collect and analyze business metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Provide training and ongoing support to business development representatives to help them understand and achieve the dealership's goals
  • Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies
Requirements
  • Previous sales manager experience preferred but not required
  • Previous BDC manager experience required
  • Strong communication, organization, time management, computer, and basic math skills
  • Strong team building skills and a positive attitude
