Key Responsibilities
- The Senior Manager of Pharma Global Technical Services (GTS) is tasked with leading, developing, and guiding a team of technical experts and scientists to deliver outstanding support for our pharmaceutical offerings.
- This position reports to the RD&A Director and is accountable for establishing and overseeing the GTS team, while working closely with cross-functional groups to ensure prompt and effective resolution of technical inquiries from both internal and external customers.
- The role requires prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to critical projects, and supporting our global business team in driving sales and seizing new opportunities.
- This position demands a blend of technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a strong customer service orientation.
Qualifications for Success
• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related discipline is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in technical service or support within the Pharmaceutical and/or Biopharmaceutical sector, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• A proven history of managing client relationships and delivering excellence in technical service.
• A solid understanding of pharmaceutical products and their applications, along with knowledge of unit operations and practices relevant to pharmaceutical clients and cGMP processes.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with working in an SAP environment is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% may be necessary (both domestic and international).
Compensation Overview
The standard hiring range for this position is between $105,129 and $159,134 annually, influenced by various factors such as education, experience, certifications, and location. In addition to salary, Kerry provides a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase options, and retirement contributions (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility criteria).
