Job Description:

The Marketing Technology team at Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Developer to design and implement innovative solutions leveraging cloud technologies. As a key member of our Agile Marketing Automation team, you will work closely with client servicing business partners to understand their digital marketing needs and translate those needs into creative and innovative solutions that meet clients where they are.

The Team

The Marketing Technology team focuses on designing and implementing capabilities and experiences that bring customer strategies to life. We are a technically creative and nimble team known for creating innovative user-friendly solutions based on complex business requirements from business stakeholders across the organization.

The Expertise You Have

  • Demonstrated experience using Marketing Automation systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and a basic understanding of Salesforce CRM and its core objects.
  • Web development skills, including Responsive HTML/CSS, REST/JSON API clients, JavaScript, and SSJS.
  • Database experience, including SQL.
  • Understanding of industry best practices related to digital customer experiences, UXD, and web design.
  • Strong, confident presenter and communicator.
  • Proven ability to partner with and collaborate with other leaders to deliver business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of technology, including user interface, data flows, and back-end systems.
