ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior analysis services to individuals in need. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in creating individualized treatment plans and collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Stay current on the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- State licensure, if applicable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
