Job Opportunity

Lynn Community Health Center is seeking a skilled Clinical Applications Analyst to join our team.

As a Clinical Applications Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our IT users who provide primary care to over 40,000 patients and other health and behavioral services to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on our EPM, EHR, and Dental applications
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose user issues
  • Collaborate with clinicians to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years experience supporting clinical applications EHR and working with clinicians
  • Minimum of five years experience in HIT and/or work with an EHR
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Informatics preferred
  • Ability to travel locally
  • Physical ability to stoop, kneel, bend, use a computer, and perform light lifting
  • Ability to work after hours when needed
  • Ability to travel to and attend conferences and workshops for further education to expand and improve system management skills
