Behavior Specialist

At Soliant, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in providing support to students with autism spectrum disorder. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring experience with students in a school setting.
Position Details:
- Type: Full-Time
- Location: Onsite, School-Based
- Caseload: Elementary (K-6)
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on student behavior
- Assist in developing and modifying instructional materials
- Support students in developing social skills and coping mechanisms
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Requirements:
- Current RBT certification
- Proven experience working in a school setting as an RBT preferred
- Experience with students who have special needs required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and therapists
- Must be able to provide toileting assistance as needed
