About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Mills Auto Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth for our luxury and high-line brands.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
