Mercedes-Benz Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Mills Auto Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth for our luxury and high-line brands.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
