Maintenance Staff

AEG is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Staff to join our team. As a key member of our venue operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our event spaces, including the main floor, mezzanine, backstage, bathrooms, bars, and other areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-show and post-show cleaning of common areas, including the lobby, restrooms, elevators, seating, and other public areas.
  • Post-event cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, emptying trash cans, and replacing liners, as well as wiping down surface areas and cleaning up spills and fluids.
  • Restocking and reordering supplies as needed, and manifesting and reporting large-scale repair needs.
  • Inspecting assigned work areas prior to and during events, looking for safety hazards, facility issues, housekeeping needs, and personal injuries.
  • Reporting issues to supervisors or event managers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and regular attendance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to take direction and work well with others.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time (4-6 hours per shift) and lift tables, chairs, etc.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Employee must use precautions and follow safety guidelines.
