Job Summary

Pine Street Inn is seeking a skilled Grounds Person to join our maintenance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facility, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly grounds cleaning schedules
  • Operate cleaning, landscape, and snow removal equipment
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Mass driver's license in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in institutional or commercial industrial cleaning, grounds keeping, landscaping, or light construction

Working Conditions:

The Grounds Person will work a 40-hour schedule, Saturday to Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Pays $21.50 per hour, DOE.
